Sarah Zorn is an NYC-based food and restaurant writer, recipe developer, and culinary casting director. She’s the author of the cookbook “Brooklyn Chef’s Table: Extraordinary Recipes from Coney Island to Brooklyn Heights,” and co-author of “Levant: New Middle Eastern Cooking from Tanoreen.” She’s also a regular contributor to outlets such as Saveur, Esquire, Civil Eats, Gotham, Edible, and USA Today, as well as Rachael Ray Every Day magazine and RachaelRayShow.com.
